New Hire Training Pest Technicians and Inspectors
New Hires for Petti Pest Control, irrespective of experience, are required to complete the following New Hire Training:

1. (40) Forty-hour ride-along during the initial onboarding week.
2. (40) Forty-hour classroom training, or completion of assigned courses.
3. Successful completion and achievement of a score exceeding 70% on all exams, including the final practical ladder assessment conducted in the field following initial ladder training, to demonstrate expertise and experience in safe ladder inspections, deployment, and usage.
4. (40) Forty-hour ride-along to demonstrate acquired knowledge.
5. Final duty approval will be determined by the Corporate Service Manager and Team Leader.
*Please note that Petti Pest offers continuous, mandatory training throughout the year, which all employees are required to attend.
