Petti Pest Control Uniform Distribution Policy. Petti Pest Control will provide an initial set of uniform apparel for each new hire. The employee agrees that the initial distribution will be part of the new hire policy at no charge. If, for any reason, the new hire employee leaves the company within the first six months, the employee will be required to return the uniforms. If the employee fails to return the uniforms for any reason, the cost of the uniforms will be deducted from the employee's last paycheck.
